It has been reported that Minas Khacheryan, aged 86, who had been reported missing along with his brother during a fishing trip, was discovered deceased on Monday. The aforementioned individual had embarked on the fishing trip with his brother, Grigor Khacheryan, aged 78, but the two elderly siblings were reported missing on Friday.
There is no evidence
The brothers may have fallen into the water whilst fishing. In an official declaration, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department has disclosed that the lifeless body of Minas was discovered beneath a bridge in Lancaster, California, positioned approximately 60 miles north of Los Angeles.
The precise cause of Minas' demise remains shrouded in uncertainty, and the law enforcement agency has unequivocally asserted that no indications of illicit conduct are presently under consideration. The whereabouts of Grigor, too, remain an enigma, and the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department has affirmed that the quest for him, recommenced on Tuesday morning, is actively ongoing.
The application of sonar technology
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide Bureau and the Sheriff's Emergency Services Detail are collaborating in their efforts to locate Grigor. The department has enlisted the assistance of twenty-four divers who are utilizing sonar technology to aid in the search.
Additionally, the aqueduct water flow will be regulated to facilitate the search, as stated in the official press release issued by the department. Furthermore, the sheriff's office has taken the initiative to disseminate missing person reports for the brothers via their official Facebook page on Saturday.

The sheriff's office has brought attention
According to the police, Grigor was last sighted with his deceased sibling at 8 a.m. PST on the 1000 block of East Chevy Chase Drive in Glendale before proceeding to the aqueduct. The sheriff's office has highlighted that Grigor is vulnerable due to his recent cardiac surgery. In the annals of law enforcement, he has been delineated as measuring 5 feet 5 inches in stature, bearing a load of 140 pounds, with eyes of brown hue and possessing a diminutive, grizzled pate.
Following their mysterious vanishing, Sergeant Michael Rodriguez, a member of the Homicide Missing Persons Bureau at the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, conveyed to NBC 4 that the swiftness of the aqueduct's flow may have propelled the cadavers of the duo several miles distant from the initial search vicinity.
