He made his appearance in the 8th season in one of the episodes of the show where he was seen working as a pharmaceutical client of Penny’s. Billy, who is also famous for lifting heavyweights, played the role of Dr Oliver Lorvis. He wanted to have a romantic relationship with Penny but got hooked up with a guy instead. Hilarious?

Steve Wozniak
Steve who is also a co-founder of Apple inc. made his appearance in the fourth season of the episode. Being a tech guy, he helped Sheldon transfer his perception to a robot when he got to know Sheldon will be dying soon. That robot increased Sheldon’s life span.
Regina King
This was one hilarious season with multiple sneak peaks of Regina as she was portrayed working in the HR department of the university. Because of her department and her position, she was seen handling the mischievous gang, especially Sheldon.
Mark Hamill
He appeared in the finale of eleventh season of the show playing a description of his real self. Bark was a surprise guest at Sheldon & Amy’s wedding. It was a nerdy treat to watch him giving his surprise entry in the show.
Adam West
Who does not know Adam West from the original Batman episodes? The legendary actor appeared in the 200th episode of season 9. It was completely a treat watching that episode as Sheldon’s sister had lied that Batman would be coming to her birthday but the poor man never showed up. The Big Bang Gang makes a plan to surprise Sheldon’ssister.
Carrie Fisher
Another Star Wars legendary actress Carrie Fisher made her guest appearance in the 7th season of the show. In this episode Sheldon spends the night with another Star Wars actor James Earl Jones who rings Carrie’s doorbell and runs away. Though Carrie made a very short appearance in the show, her hilarious acting made it a memorable one.
Stan Lee
Stan Lee, famous for his Marvel movies, appeared in the 3rd season of the show. In this episode Sheldon misses out a chance to attend the signing of a book by Mr. Lee and there jumps Penny with her plan of getting the meeting arranged. Penny takes Sheldon to Mr. Lee's house where he finally meets him in a bathrobe.
Stephen Hawking
The great Stephen Hawking appeared in some episodes of the show. The scientific hero who gained fame in season 5 worked side by side with Sheldon and Howard and did uncomplimentary tasks for Howard.
James Earl Jones
Earl, who is also known as The Lion King’s dad, was the most anticipated and wonderful guest of the show. He was seen with Sheldon having fun at night out being a bit romantic with him.
Bob Newhart
Bob, who is a veteran actor, gave one of his best performances in the show. Arthur played the role of a science teacher. The best thing is Arthur was not fond of Sheldon and was not afraid to admit it.
