According to The Tyra Banks Show, Tina Knowles said that she knew that her daughter was a star when Beyonce was seven. Beyonce got on a stage and she came alive because she was really shy, but she got all this confidence and she was just like in control.
Get Entrepreneurial Spirit From Her Mom
Through the years, Tina Knowles has had a number of entrepreneurial pursuits, such as owning a salon, working as an interior designer, and launching a hair magazine and a clothing line named House of Deréon. She learned this go-getting attitude from her mother. According to an interview with Positively Gam Podcast, Tina Knowles praised her mother that she was a great designer, and she made the beautiful beaded jackets for women in Galveston and evening gowns and that type of thing.

When Destiny's Child took over the entertainment scene with breathtaking vocals, their outfits, which were made by Tina Knowles, stood out. According to Positively Gam, Tina Knowles said that her style was inspired by Motown. She also revealed that the first Grammy gown when Beyoncé was nominated, the gold dress and a custom necklace made, was really one of the most beautiful things for her.

Entered The Talk Show Space
Tina Knowles grew more confident in her ventures when the opportunity came for her to start a talk show of her own named Talks with Mama Tina. The talk show was a Facebook show filmed in the comfort of her home. The six-part series has so far featured a number of celebrities in 2021 including Zendaya, Kelly Rowland, Ciara Wilson, and the star-studded cast of ABC's award-winning show, Black-ish. Not only that, the episode featured Beyonce’s proteges Chloe and Halle Bailey, about whom has been making headlines for her role in The Little Mermaid was so heart touching.
Made An Acting Debut
Tina Knowles had hinted at a probable acting career in the Jay-Z -produced flick, The Harder They Fall. The future came a lot sooner than expected when she starred in Wrath: A Seven Deadly Sins Story in 2022. In that movie, she plays the role of Sarah, the mother of lawyer Chastity Jeffries, played by former Destiny's Child member, Michelle Williams. With such a creative family, people would assume that she had a whole family helping her with her script. That was not what happened. It took by her granddaughter, Blue Ivy, to help her with the script.
