Not only the actors from the industry were casted to make it work but the real doctors from Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital were given a different taste offered to the spectators. It is an intense drama revolving against the medical avenue challenging the team to perform.

For the actors by profession it was a fun job but for real doctors it was a challenging one. Both worked hand in hand to keep making it a success.

The people watching and following this drama keeps it close to their hearts. The screen shows everything working perfectly alright. Every character is in place according to the situations in the series. The performance of actors, the dialogues, the screenplay, the edits all intact. It seems that making of this series is as much fun as watching it on the screen.
Dark side bringing unwanted threats and challenges
The reality was yet so different. The cast was huge and so were the issues regarding so many individuals on a single platform. The urge for work and showcasing the talent was high in most of the individuals made it even tougher to keep the balance.

Keeping a large number of satisfied and happy individuals intact for such a long period is never an easy task. Same is the case for this production. It is a real challenge for the real doctors as they each day had to cope up with real life tasks as well as performing a character with a different mindset. Frustrations and pressures of multi-dimensional performances at the same time pushed them to quit. Rest got indulged into fights and rivalries in result some of them leave and some are forced to leave. This is till date and this is how it is working.
