Erin Jill Andrews, known as Erin Andrews, was an American journalist, anchor, and television personality. She was born on May 4, 1978, in Lewiston, Maine to parents Steven and Paula Andrews. After she graduated from the school in 1996, Erin Andrews enrolled at the University of Florida from where she received a Bachelors of Arts degree in Telecommunications in 2000 and began her career as a freelance reporter for Fox Sports Florida. Now, she is the host of ABC’s Dancing with the Stars and a sideline reporter for Fox NFL. Furthermore, she was named as America’s Sexiest Sportscaster back-to-back in 2007 and 2008 in Playboy magazine polls.

Between 2001 and 2004, Erin Andrews held a series of reporting jobs at various news networks before ESPN employed her for ESPN National Hockey Night. Later, she was designated as a sideline reporter for ESPN College Football Saturday Primetime as well as at Big Ten college basketball games. She became the host of College GameDay on ESPNU in 2010, a post she would hold until her eventual departure from the network to join Fox Sports in 2012. Following her signing a major endorsement deal with Reebok in January 2011, Erin Andrews made a comment linking Texas Christian University Horned Frogs football players’ slipping on the turf to their use of Nike shoes.

She left ESPN for Fox Sports in June 2012 and became the first host of Fox College Football's Studio show. Eddie George and Joey Harrington joined her on the table as analysts later. She also served as the guest host of Fox College Football Kickoff and Fox College Saturday on Fox Sports 1, following the channel’s launch. In July 2013, she began to report from the sideline on Fox's lead NFL broadcasting crew, replacing Pam Oliver. She first appeared on

Dancing with the Stars in its tenth season as a contestant and would go on to be ranked third with her partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy from among 11 couples. Erin Andrews replaced Brooke Burke-Charvet as the co-host of the show starting with the 18th season in February 2014.

In 2008, Erin Andrews was secretly filmed through a peephole at the Nashville Marriott and again at the Radisson Airport Hotel by Michael David Barrett, a former Chicago-area insurance executive, in which she was seen completely nude in her hotel room and was released online in July 2009. It quickly went viral, leading to David Barrett’s arrest by the FBI in October 2009 and pleaded guilty to the interstate stalking charges in December 2009. Then, in March 2010, US District Judge Manuel Real sentenced David Barrett to 30 months of imprisonment, pay US$5,000 in fines, and US$7,366 in restitution.

About her personal life in December 2012, Erin Andrews began dating professional hockey player, named Jarret Stoll. Five years later, the couple were engaged in June, 2017. They married in an intimate sunset ceremony in Montana and previously lived in Atlanta, Georgia, but now she resides in Los Angeles, California. Unfortunately, in September 2016, Erin Andrews was diagnosed with cervical cancer, undergoing a surgery in October 2016. But, two weeks later, she was back at work, because her doctor informed her that the margins were clear and neither radiation or chemotherapy would be needed.
