Shannon using DUI as a weapon!
Shannon Storms Beador is charged by Gina Kirschenheiter with using her prior DUI as a "weapon" and including her kids in the scheme. The presenter of The Real Housewives of Orange County reunion, Andy Cohen, challenged Shannon in part one of the reunion on Wednesday for bringing up the real estate agent's 2019 DUI earlier this season despite she had previously vowed to never bring it up again. Shannon said that Gina's children would have been removed by child protective services if Gina hadn't given her number to an attorney after she got arrested for driving under the influence back in episode 12 of the Bravo series. Shannon had consumed too much alcohol during her taco fiesta party.
Shannon apologized for her deceptions!
The 59-year-old reality personality said she couldn't recall her statements when questioned about them afterwards. Gina revealed to Andy during the reunion that Shannon never apologized for her deceptions. Shannon defended herself by adding, "Gina, I do not remember saying it." "When I said that, I didn't mean to imply that your kids would be taken from you and placed in the system. If you had been arrested, there wouldn't have been an adult present. Until you took care of your legal affairs, they wouldn't have left your children there. That being stated, Heather informed me that you were talking about our connection, and she acknowledged it. I was so furiously angry with you. I'm not a fan of you. You don't know anything about me, thus we don't get along.
Gina interrupted Shannon!
Shannon was interrupted by Gina, who requested the names of her kids. The mother of three requested that the media star "never talk about my children again" when she went blank. I've known you for six years, yet you don't even know the names of my children, she said. You're going to drop a bomb about CPS, too. It is entirely incorrect. It is totally out of place. "Shannon, you were so wrong, you are out of bounds right here," she said. And if you say anything other than, "I'm sorry for my behaviour," right now, you are at your lowest. Shannon acknowledged that it was "unkind," but Gina said that she was "making up things" about her children and was "worried" about people talking about her connection with her ex-boyfriend John Janssen.
Shannon defended herself!
You are this, I tell you. While Shannon said she was "horrified" to watch the clip back, Gina added, "You are the lady who gets proved that you did an s---ty thing and you don't simply lay down and say you're sorry, it is not okay. Again defending herself, Shannon said she thought they had made up the day following her dramatic taco party. A "laundry list" of kind gestures, including giving Gina a lifeline after she was detained for a DUI; she claimed to have always been "kind" to Gina.

Gina explained the situation!
Gina remarked, "You gave me a phone number four and a half years ago and ever since you've used it as a weapon," explaining why the issue has caused her such pain. "My kids are almost ready to use social media. You advertised with clickbait, "Gina, mom, CPS children almost taken away." My kids, you don't even know their names and they see that and are saddened by it. She responded, "I'm not even sure if I can honestly even continue to do this because you have crossed a line." This is a wound that has stayed with me and it will stay with me.
Shannon got arrested!
Ironically, 10 days before the reunion movie was being filmed, Shannon was "arrested at 1:17 a.m. on Sept. 17 after eluding officers following an accident that resulted in property damage, claims the Newport Beach Police Department. Beador had been "booked for two misdemeanours, hit-and-run and DUI alcohol," the NBPD added. A citation allowed for her release. According to the first story, the Bravolebrity was discovered by police walking her dog after she reportedly abandoned her car in the middle of the road. In response to the news, Gina spoke about Shannon's legal issues on her podcast, Orange Country, and assured Shane McAnally that she wouldn't "kick someone when they're down." "You and I both can identify with and sympathize with what is going on here. Yes, it is evident that you cannot overlook the situation's significant irony, she said Shane. But in all honesty, I just don't have it in me at the end of the day. I've been knocked down before, so I won't kick someone when they're down. "I am aware of her current whereabouts. It's not a healthy state of mind or feeling, she said. Part two of the Real Housewives of Orange County reunion will appear on Bravo on Wednesday, October 11, at 8 p.m. ET.
