Back in 2017, actress Krisitna cohen wrote a detailed post on facebook after gathering courage to disclose the name of the man that raped her. She said she was taken to Westwick's home by a producer she was dating at the time and she was convinced to stay so as to not make things awkward. Then after a little while, Cohen went to lay down in the guest room at Westwick's suggestion and when she woke up, Westwick was on top of her. In her post she also mentioned that it was really hard for her to speak out against a huge star as it would kill her acting career.

Cohen wrote in her post "I’m sickened to see men like Ed respected in such a public way. Interviewed by prestigious platforms such as the Oxford Union Society at Oxford University, where he was honoured as one of their “People who Shape our World.” How does this end? Men like Ed using fame and power to rape and intimidate but then continue through the world collecting accolades," she continued. "I hope my coming forward will help others to know that they are not alone, that they are not to blame, and it is not their fault. Just as the other women and men coming forward have helped me to realise the same. I hope that my stories and the stories of others help to reset and realign the toxic environments and power imbalances that have created these monsters."

A few days after Westwick’s public comment, another woman felt brave enough to speak up after Kristina Cohen’s facebook post. A social media personality, actor and model Aurélie Wynn, alleged that Westwick pushed her face down even when she told him no multiple times. “I was in complete shock,” Wynn said that she felt powerless under his weight. The incident occurred in 2014 after she and Westwick hung out with their two other friends in a large house Westwick had rented. Wynn said the sexual assault happened when they had all decided to go to sleep. Westwick released a statement on Twitter in which he denied Wynn’s allegations and said that he was cooperating with authorities. He addressed both claims in a new statement. “It is disheartening and sad to me that as a result of two unverified and probably untrue social media claims, there are some in this environment who could ever conclude I have anything to do with such vile and horrific conduct,” Westwick said. “I have absolutely not, and I am cooperating with the authorities so that they can clear my name as soon as possible.”

Wynn said she then left the property as soon as she could after Westwick passed out as he was under the influence. At the time, she was dating former Glee star Mark Salling, who was charged guilty to child pornography possession charges. Wynn said when told Salling about Westwick, he blamed her and broke up with her.
