Top Boy season 5, what are you expecting here

The criminal drama Top Boy, which airs on British television, was written by Ronan Bennett. The show centers on two drug dealers, Dushane (Ashley Walters) and Sully (Kane Robinson), and others involved in drug trafficking and gang warfare in London. It is set on the fictitious Summerhouse estate in the London Borough of Hackney.

Series and episodes release

This crime drama contains 5 series with 32 episodes. The first two seasons, each consisting of four episodes, aired on Channel 4 for four nights from October 31, 2011, to November 3, 2011, and from August 20, 2013, to September 10, 2013. Although plots for a third season were suggested, Channel 4 canceled the show that year.

Drake, a Canadian rapper, expressed interest in the project, and in 2017, it was revealed that Netflix would relaunch the show. The original cast, including Ashley Walters and Kane Robinson, would reprise their roles, and Drake and his group will serve as executive producers.

While the first two seasons of the previous two seasons were uploaded to Netflix under the moniker Top Boy: Summerhouse, the third and fourth seasons, which debuted on the service in September 2019 and March 2022, respectively, were promoted as the first and second seasons of an original Netflix series. A third Netflix-produced series, which was renewed for a fifth and final season on March 31, 2022, premiered on September 7, 2023.

What do you know about Top Boy season 5

Finally, Top Boy's tenth and final season has arrived. The Netflix thriller's fifth season, which follows two infamous drug dealers named Sully (Kane Robinson) and Dushane (Ashley Walters) as they battle for money and power on the gritty streets of London, came to a dramatic conclusion.

After a little girl is struck and killed by a police car pursuing Dushane, who is sought for the murder of Jeffrey, a riot breaks out on the Summerhouse Estate. At the beginning of episode six, Dushane is hiding out at his late mother's apartment when Latif, a guy sent by Wilson, shows up and offers to assist Dushane in leaving the country.

Jaq stole Sully's drugs

Sully realizes that Jaq (Jasmine Jobson), who took his medicines, is responsible; he tells Kieron (Joshua Blissett), who acts as though he is unaware. Jaq informs her girlfriend Becks (Adwoa Aboah) about returning the narcotics to Sully when he asks Kieron to meet up, and Becks begs her to stop distributing drugs and committing crimes.

When they run into one other, Sully tells Kieron he should not have lied to him, and Kieron accepts his apology. However, Sully's right-hand man, Junior (Michael Maris), takes Kieron out of the car and into a van. The violence is still happening at the Estate in the meantime, and when Jaq goes to meet Sully to return the narcotics, Dushane leaps over her and takes the bags, giving them to Latif so he may use them to pay for his international ticket.

Sully kills Dushane

A shooting breaks out between Dushane, Latif's men, Sully, and Junior; a young drug dealer and Junior are killed in the process. While Latif plots his escape, Dushane attempts to leave the Estate but is caught and followed by Sully. 

They dispute the stolen narcotics, money, and power while Dushane is bleeding out after Sully shoots him. Sully insists that if Dushane had asked, he would have given him the cash to travel. Sully then realizes that Dushane has passed away.

The final scene of the series

In the closing scene of season five, Stefan (Araloyin Oshunremi) pursues Sully as he returns from taking his daughter to school with a pistol in hand. Sully, who claims Stefan shouldn't have had to witness him shoot and murder Jamie (Michael Ward), is the target of his finger. However, Stefan tells Sully he isn't worth it and puts the pistol down before leaving.

What is an end

The last episode has staggering killings, making it difficult to keep count. Thus, after season five:

• On Sully's orders, Junior kills Kieron.
• Junior loses his life in a gunfight with Latif's men.
• Sully ends up killing Dushane.
• An unidentified person slays Sully, maybe Stefan.
