All the judges sat down to converse on the dishes and separate which dish was shined while picking out a winner. Initially, on the episode, it felt like Kennedy may have wrapped up a title but Grant seized the socks off the judges with his savoury Dessert and entrée. In contrast, Gordon Ramsay was declared the winner of the show, MasterChef: United Tastes of America. Grant talks about the big win for the show MasterChef: United Tastes of America. He was asked to talk about the final show and how much pressure he felt.

Grant answered, The pressure is high. It is all about adrenaline, anxiety and stress from the whole season that was bottled up. It is a die situation. I tell myself, Grant, you've done everything required to reach this point, and there are no more surprises. It was a heavy burden, but it also motivated me. I made sacrifices by being away from my wife and son to be here and compete. Right from the start, the ultimate goal has been to win this competition.Grant was asked from the three-course meal dishes which dish he feared most.

Grant answered, It would my Dessert that was definitely something that I was scared about. I felt motivated in the textures, flavors and what I'd going on. Though, there were four various ingredients for that thing. One is ice cream and it was done in one hour only. I am not used to make it and didn't bake many sweets. I can make it, though; it is not my initial choice. The next question Grant was asked was how it felt to hear his name from Gordon Ramsay as the show winner.

Grant answered, I mean, it was like a flood of emotions, just like I mentioned earlier. All that anxiety, stress, and excitement, it all just came pouring out. To think that from the very start, when I first flew to LA, to now, when it's all over, and I did it. That moment is etched in my memory forever. I mean, my knees gave way, and I ended up on the floor, and suddenly, my son was in my arms.
