The Bollywood star Ranveer Singh has pretty much turned men's fashion in India upside down, and it's been a refreshing change, to say the least. His styling and fashion sense are all about being loud, proud, and completely off the beaten path.

From their relationship to their public image, the couple candidly discussed various aspects of their lives, a beloved couple of Bollywood Dressed in chic monochrome outfits. In the show, Kraan Johar explained Ranveer's flamboyant fashion choices and uniqueness in styles. 

Johar questioned Ranveer about whether he ever felt the need to alter his personality to fit societal expectations, particularly given his vibrant fashion sense. Ranveer Sing values the opinion of his fans and he is known for his bold and audacious fashion sense, but a person does what it ultimately feels right for them and Ranveer does the same. 

Ranveer further explained that he wanted to be recognized for his acting skills and films but not for his dress. The actor Ranveer Singh explained, "I felt like I wanted to not wear those clothes. I didn't want people to talk about what I was wearing. I want you to talk about my films, my acting. I want you to talk about me." Ranveer who looked dashing on the couch in a Saint Laurent ensemble said that though he takes everyone's opinion he does what he feels like doing.

Ranveer also went on to share why he chose to take a break from the colorful wardrobe. He also added, "I was googling or on Wikipedia and there was like… Ranveer Singh is one of the highest-paid, most acclaimed Indian actors…who is also known for his flamboyant fashion. I was like when did this make it to the one-liner of me? I don't want it." The Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani star shared how he doesn’t want to be known for his ‘flamboyant fashion’.

Moreover, his wife Deepika Padukone narrated and pointed out to him that his flamboyant fashion sense might distract his fans from his true self. Depika's point made him rethink his fashion style choices. 

Karan Johar isn't just known for his chat show, but also for asking the questions that make you go, "Hmm!" During the show, Karan Johar posed an interesting question to Ranveer Singh. He asked if there were times when Ranveer felt the need to tone down his fashion choices due to a need to reconfigure his public image.

Ranveer Singh revealed, "It was Deepika who pointed it out to me. We were having this chat and she said 'You know, actually you come off as this supremely confident person. But you are under-confident. You should stop distracting people from who you are with all these flashy clothes and that resonated with me."

When Ranveer Singh expressed himself, filmmaker Karan Johar added his experience that he had done it himself, on some occasions he was wearing clothes that were not compatible with his age and his filmmaker image. 

Ranveer shared a memory that one day dressed in black he went to meet Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Singh remembered how Sanjay thought he looked amazing. He continued how Sanjay  went on to compliment him for donning a monochrome look saying, “I can see more of you.” The Gully Boy actor went on to express how he values Bhansali's advice. He recalled that Bhansali was also the one who encouraged him to keep facial hair, being the first to suggest it.

In response to Karan's question Ranveer further said, "I want you to talk about me. I was hoping people would get past what I was wearing.”
