Survivor is a reality show where a group of contestants are stranded in remote locations with little resources and compete for cash prizes. In 1997 it was first employed for a Swedish television show called Expedition: Robinson (as in Robinson Crusoe, a group usually consists of 16 to 20 members in an isolated location with primary resources and they have to compete to win a cash prize at the end.

Its first season premiered in May 2000 and the contestants had no idea what they were walking and they had no clue that they ended up eating rats. The survivor legends that were introduced in this season were Richard Hatch, Kelly Wiglesworth, Rudy Boesch, and Susan Hawk. season 1 Borneo ended up with 51 million views.

Season 16 of Survivor is considered one of the best seasons. Initially, there were two tribes, one was made up of beloved Survivor returnees and the other one was made up of long-term Survivor watchers. The season was involved with wild gameplay. There were decisions and master moves that made the viewers dumbfounded. It is worth watching and no viewers would regret watching it.

The cast of the Season 20 Heroes Vs. Villains of Survivor is considered one of the best casts of all time. Based on the past style of playing in Survivor the competitors were separated. This season featured cunning strategists who are known for their fierce gameplay Parvati Shallow, Boston Rob, and returnees Russel Hantz and Tom Westman, Rupert Boneham, and Candice Woodcock were welcomed back.

Survivor: Philippines (Season 25)

In this, there were three tribes instead of two and there was more fierce competition among them and it is filled with an intriguing storyline. This season introduced infamous contestants like Jonathan Penner, Lisa Welcher and Abi-Maria Gomes.

Survivor: Blood Vs. Water (Season 27)

This season had a different concept because returning fan favorites in one tribe and their loved ones in the other. With this placement, the contestants were constantly worried for the survival and safety of their family members. During the entire season, the contestants were continuously worried about their loved ones' safety.

This season of Survivor is one the most loved seasons as it features the returning players but with a cast full of newcomers captivating the viewer. The tribes were divided into three based on strength, intellect, and beauty.

It was the first time in the history of Survivor that viewers were allowed to vote for their favorite contestant and also allowed the previous contestants to return to the show.

In this, the tribe was divided based on the contestant's age. The Millennial Generation was placed in one and X Generation was placed in another. The members formed friendship and rivalry alike in their pursuit of victory; they weren't afraid to work alongside those much older or younger than them.

Survivor: Game Changers (Season 34)

This season is filled with thrill as the 20 previous contestants were returned to compete to win the "Sole Survivor '' for the second time. The highest cash prize of $2 million instead of $1 million is enough to turn the contestants against their friends. A must-watch with smart, stronger, and ruthless contestants.
